Lickleyhead Castle is the perfect venue for smaller ceremonies such as destination weddings and other types of micro weddings. We provide luxury, open space, privacy and heritage on your big day. Unlike most other venues, we have accommodation available inside the castle building, meaning the only journey you will need to make at the end of the day will be up the laird's private staircase to bed!
Various spaces within the castle are suitable for different purposes. For very small weddings of up to 15 people you could get married in our chapel. We could potentially have up to 35 people in the great hall for the ceremony or for canapes. The dining room can hold a maximum of 24 people. There would be room to have 10 people eat in an adjacent room if you needed more space than this for dining purposes. You could hold part of the wedding here at the castle and part elsewhere or you could do everything within the castle. Please let us know what you intend to do and who will be coming and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
